MASHED CAULIFLOWER WITH BEYOND MEAT BEYOND BURGERS

Replace mashed potatoes and meat, with this delicious low-carb and vegetarian alternative!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Packets Mashed Cauliflower
  • 4 Beyond Burgers
  • 1 Cup Vegetarian Broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • JalapeƱoes

Method
 

  1. First, cook the mashed cauliflower according to the box.
  2. Substitute water for vegetable broth and add salt and pepper to taste. I also added cut jalapeƱoes.
  3. I precooked the beyond burgers and added it to the mix as I served the dish.
