STIR FRY PARVAL

Parval is a vegetable found in Indian grocery stores, very good for diabetics.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Packets Parval
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • Chili Powder (As Needed)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 Bottle J.L Kraft Chipotle Aioli

Method
 

  1. Marinate all of the vegetables in olive oil, curry powder, chipotle aioli, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add lemon juice while marinating.
  3. Then, fry in olive oil until crunchy.
