There by a campfire, the Kasteel Vrederic family from my Kasteel Vrederic series starts the journey through the seven continents of this world. The children will discover our one world through the eyes of love, hope, and faith. Children from around the globe will be mystically transported to different lands, where they will befriend new international friends. All the children unitedly will solve mysteries as they befriend Griet, the miraculous daughter of the Kasteel Vrederic family. Within the world of Enchanted Tales, she is the girl with the lantern, who with three warriors and a magical horse, will take you on your trips around the globe. You too will assist local superheroes as you solve mysteries. You will eternally befriend humans, animals, and magical creatures as you travel through the seven continents of this one world.
While you are on a world tour adventure, you will get introduced to local cuisines and local landmarks. All along you will create keepsake memories. Travel around the globe without ever leaving your own home. For this time, you have as a guide the girl with a lantern. She will hold on to the lantern for you like the lighthouse that guides all the travelers in the dark night’s ocean.
Griet, the girl with the lantern, will travel to your local continent and glow her lantern for you and your local superheroes.
She will teach you to be a brave warrior, a brave soldier, a brave girl, and a brave boy while she introduces you to different magical creatures such as the Lemur Girl, the Jaguar Prince, a mermaid and a merman, and other superheroes. All along, she will teach you to be the superheroes of your local towns and cities.
As you and your children close the pages of this book, you will never have to leave the lights on in fear while you sleep and have sweet dreams through the nights. You will know from far away, the girl with the lantern will keep an eye out for you, as you keep the Enchanted Tales storybook by your bedside.
Do remember our brave girl Griet’s message from the storybook, you are the superhero of your home. As a child, I too was scared of the dark and I always wondered what was hiding under my bed. Even as an adult, I too get scared at times. My father had told me the stars in the skies were his friends and would keep an eye out for me. As he passed away, I still believe he and his friends are all keeping an eye out for me. Yet I learned I don’t have to be scared as I too carry the lantern in my hands just like the girl with the lantern. I repeat to myself there is nothing to fear as like Griet, I too have a lantern in my room.
Why did I write a magical enchanted storybook for children?
I wrote this magical storybook to give emotional strength to all the children of this one world. Through a magical book, the children will find superheroes solving problems even as they face difficult adversities of life.
Life is full of obstacles but we can solve them too. At a young age, they will believe in themselves and have a positive attitude toward life. They will learn to face all the obstacles like superheroes. I want all the children of this one world to grow up without fear and worry. I want the children of this world to know about their neighboring countries even without traveling. During one of my travels, a child had told me she did not have money to travel. Yet she wanted to learn more about the United States, my home.
The young child’s words stayed with me even throughout the years. It’s not always possible even if I wished very hard, for me to pay for all the children of this world to travel around the globe. Yet through the pages of my book, I can help her and all others to travel around the globe. I felt throughout my life, a book can actually take you around the globe and even through imaginary fantasy lands where your own mind can draw up the landscapes and the characters, and you can befriend magical friends. You can make the book alive through your imagination, through your critical thinking.
So even though I can’t take you around the globe physically, today I have brought the world to you and within your home.
Just open a page and glance at the amazing colorful pictures of the different continents, countries, and landmarks. Take a look at all of the superheroes in full color. Read along with a parent or by yourself and you will know you too just had an adventure around the globe. You will see how all the children from around the world are just like you, superheroes who await to be your eternal friends.
All the stories have a message of love, hope, and faith. They all solve mysteries and know when in trouble you must ask for help. By ourselves, we can solve problems yet if we unite we can all unitedly solve our problems. Asking for help actually makes you a superhero who had at the time of need asked for help and solved a problem which otherwise would not have been solved. As you begin a continent, you will have a fun game where you get to answer a question. When you finish reading a tale from a country, you again get a trivia game to play. There you will again test your knowledge. Why don’t you play along with your family members and see how much they remember?
This book is my personal gift to the children of this one world. A world where we are divided by the borders of each country. Yet in this book, I have united all the countries of this world through the seven continents.

For centuries people have gone exploring throughout the world and above for treasures. Yet we often forget the biggest treasures we have today are the children of this world.
